The Secret!

Everyone wants to know how to stay motivated. How to keep the momentum going when it starts to feel hard.

Here's the secret to stay motivated...

Don't.


Stop worrying about motivation.

Quit relying on it.


It's like me saying I'm trying to get angry

Or I'm trying to get sad.

Or I'm trying to be happy.


It's the same as hoping to have a rush of adrenaline at any time of the day.

Motivation is a temporary emotional state of mind.

It comes and goes.


The best way to experience an injection of motivation is this:

Focus on taking action.


Most of you reading this think being in great shape is impossible.

You're afraid to even try because you'll have to risk failure.


You suppress the desire to look, feel and perform at your best.

You've been lied to by those around you telling you that being in shape is overrated.

It's not.

It matters and sometimes your life depends on it.


Here's what you should do:

-Review your desires daily. You must get overwhelmed with excitement to look, feel and perform your best.

-Spend 2 minutes each morning in gratitude for what you have.

-Close your eyes for 30 seconds and envision the body/life you want. Really dive into what that feels like and looks like.

-Take action by working out or walking for at least 10-15 minutes.

-Make good nutrition choices easy by using a meal prep service or meal prepping a few things for the week that take 20-30 minutes to make.

-Focus on the process of taking small actions that lead to results.


Here's what will end up happening.

You'll take action.

Which will lead to a quick win.

Which leads to you feeling good about yourself.

Your level of self-belief goes up.

This feels good.

You desire more of it.

Which leads to more action.

Eventually you'll see results which leads to even more self-belief.

And the process continues.

Soon you'll live in a permanent state of desire for the life and fitness level you hold.

And you'll simply maintain with consistent action.
