As women, and women 40+, we often face unique struggles when trying to achieve our fitness goals.
1. Time constraints - juggle work, family, and personal responsibilities leaving little time for ourselves or fitness goals.
2. Overwhelm with conflicting advice - the internet is full of fitness advice leaving us confused about what actually works.
3. Lack of confidence - starting a fitness journey can be intimidating especially for women who are new to exercise or have had set backs in the past.
4. Plateaus - women who have been exercising for a while may find their results stagnating which can feel demotivating. A coach can help tweak programs, adjust nutrition and introduce new strategies to break through those plateaus.
5. Emotional eating or a poor relationship with food - emotional eating, restrictive eating or food guilt can prevent us from achieving lasting results. Coaches focus on creating sustainable eating habits and a healthy relationship with food, balancing enjoyment with progress
6. Inconsistent motivation - It is easy to lose motivation without consistent support or a clear purpose behind the effort.
