Setting the RIGHT Fitness Goals for 40+

Most women really struggle to keep the weight off and stay in shape as they age.

But it’s not because women at 40+ give up and stop caring about their health and how they look…

It’s because of a huge education gap in how to eat, train and optimize declining hormones to be the best you can be at 40, 50, and beyond.

See, most women at 40+ just want to lose as much weight as possible so they can look good for Summer.

Afterall, losing weight is the only solution that's been marketed to women for decades.

“If you don’t lose weight, you’ll never look better.”

But most weight loss programs don’t take into account your ideal body composition.

Body composition might be a new term for you, but it’s something I’m gonna be talking about a lot more going forward because it’s sooooo overlooked, especially in women’s fitness.

Your body composition isn’t how you look - it’s how you move, how your metabolism behaves, and what kind of training your body responds best to.

And depending on your height, your genetics, and your personal goals - the best fitness plan for you is going to vary pretty dramatically to help you achieve your ideal body composition.

So what’s that mean for you?

If you’re in your 40s or 50's or older and just trying to “lose weight”, you might be sabotaging your progress towards your ideal body composition.

And even if you really want to lose weight right now and refuse to listen to anything except how to lose weight as fast as possible…you might be surprised to learn that reducing your calories and spending more time on the treadmill is probably NOT the best way to see lasting results.

So what’s the other option besides starting a weight loss plan? A Recomposition Plan.

Transformations like DO NOT happen when you starve yourself on a smoothie diet, take fat burners or ask Chat GPT to put you on a diet to lose 20lbs❌.

This transformation comes from recomposition training and nutrition - aka hypertrophy training, more protein in your diet, and having a coach to teach you, guide you and support you.

Wanna see what it’s like to stop starving yourself and get on a plan built to improve your body composition?
