Your Metabolism IS NOT Broken!

According to this study from Harvard, our metabolic burn rate doesn’t really decrease until we’re in our 60s.
But, if you ask most women 40+, they would swear up and down they can’t lose fat as easily as they used to.
Why is that?
It’s not because they’re crazy…
In fact, most women at 40+ do actually lose weight more slowly than they did in their 20s.
But it’s not because they “got old” and now their body has betrayed them.
It’s actually the opposite.
As most people age, they tend to spend more time sitting, less time being active, and much more time taking care of the people around them.
So while there’s no detectable difference between a 25-year-old metabolism and a 45-year-old metabolism… there’s a BIG difference between an active metabolism and an inactive metabolism.
Your metabolic burn rate increases or decreases in relation to your lifestyle choices (think training, sleep, stress and food!)
That might be hard for some women to hear, but it’s actually really good news for you if you’re 40+ Because it means the only thing standing between you and burning fat effortlessly like you’re in your 20s again is a couple of healthy choices like:
Changing your activity level
Making better diet choices
Implementing better stress management systems
And getting serious about recovery
All of that might sound overwhelming when you’re first starting out, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
That’s what I’m here to help!
So your big takeaway message is simply this👇
You’re not “too old” to have an unstoppable, healthy metabolism that burns fat around the clock.
And even if you’re in your 40s, 50s, or even 60s, things can still get A LOT better with the right education.
