Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

I am changing things up this week with a festive peppermint shake that makes a perfect mid-day snack or post workout meal.

Not a fan of peppermint? Swap it out for mint!


Makes: 1 shake

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Nutrition Facts:  212 calories / 10g carbs / 37g protein / 1g fat (depending on the brand of protein powder used)


Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate whey protein powder

  • 1 cup (236g) “Fairlife” fat free ultra-filtered milk

  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract


Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender or shaker cup until well combined.


You can even turn this into a HOT peppermint chocolate milk!!
