So, there's a reason behind why many of us have trouble staying committed to our resolutions and goals ... and it isn't an obvious one.
We usually assume it's things like procrastination, not enough time, or distractions that keep us from following through.
And, while it's true these things play a part, they aren't the root of the issue!
What is?
Accepting your reality.
Imagine you have a map, and you want to get to Point B. Where do you start?
Well ... you have to know where you are now, at Point A.
Pretending you are somewhere else, or avoiding looking at where you are, is going to get you lost.
You'll never reach Point B without accepting your Point A.
While there are no shortcuts ... my online coaching programs are specifically designed for you if you’ve been wanting to completely transform your body and mindset, but find yourself falling back into old habits time and time again.
