What are your 2020 plans?

December 31, 2019

What are your big plans for the New Year in 2020?

Are you going to just talk like most and say that you’re determined to “make this next year my best year ever”??

It’s great to have the right intentions, but…even if you have the right intentions, you could still easily FAIL

Why?  It’s simple.

You don’t have a clear cut PLAN, or if you do have a plan, it’s to go ALL OUT, or it's just to "wing it" and run off the New Year's hype and motivation.

Sure that can work, but what happens when you get burned out from doing that?

What happens when you lose the hype and motivation?

Then what?

This is where you need to have a PLAN and a VISION.

In December I sit down and map out my upcoming 6 months to a year.  I put important events, promotions, networking and conferences down that I’m going to commit to doing so I know what I have coming up ahead of me.

Then I can start reverse engineering how to prepare for these upcoming events to make them as successful as possible.

Why?

Because it creates leverage and pressure for you to stay on track and committed to action personally and professionally.

So even when you run out of motivation, if you’ve made a solid commitment to yourself, you are then more than likely to follow through and keep pushing ahead and this could be the very thing that takes you to that next level.

When you’ve done NOTHING and haven’t committed to anything that’s when you QUIT because that’s the easy thing to do and there is no leverage or pressure forcing you to move forward.

Have an amazing New Year's Eve tonight and I will chat at you next week :)

That’s when you QUIT.

Because that’s the easy thing to do and there is no leverage or pressure forcing you to move forward.
