You’ve been saying this all year

There are about 100 days left in this year.

And if you’ve spent most of 2026 saying some version of…

“Once work settles down.”

“After this trip.”

“When the kids are back in school.”

“Once I get through this really busy month.”

I want you to notice something.

The year is almost over.

I know you care about losing the weight. You probably thought about it every time you got dressed for dinner. Every time you saw a photo of yourself you didn’t like. Every morning you woke up exhausted. Every time you promised yourself this would be the week you got back into a routine.

But there was always something more urgent.

A deadline. A kid who needed you. A parent who needed you. A work trip. A brutal week. Something happening at home

And because you’re capable, you handled it.

And your health kept getting moved to the next available opening in your calendar

The problem is that opening rarely comes

There will be another busy quarter. Another holiday. Another work emergency. Another person who needs something from you.

And if losing the 30 pounds requires life to calm down first, you could still be waiting this time next year.

That’s what I want you to think about with the 100 days we have left.

Not how much weight you could force yourself to lose before Christmas.

What could happen if you finally learned how to take care of your body inside the life you actually have?

I’ve had women come to me wanting to lose 30, 40, even 50+ pounds who spent years thinking they needed to wait until work was less demanding, their hormones settled down, or they had more time to focus on themselves.

They didn't suddenly get easier lives.

They finally had a strategy that could work within them.

But that's the skill that actually matters

  • What do you eat when Wednesday blows up and you get home at 7:30?

  • How do you exercise when you don't have five free hours every week?

  • How do you lose weight through perimenopause when your sleep, recovery, appetite and body composition have changed?

  • How do you make this sustainable enough that one stressful week doesn't turn into three months of “I need to get back on track”?

Those are the problems I solve with my clients.

I don't want you to need a perfect 100 days

I want you to know what to do during the imperfect ones

If you’ve been waiting for life to settle down before you finally lose the weight, I’m inviting you to stop waiting.

Click here to book a call with me and we'll talk through what's been keeping you stuck, what needs to change, and whether I'm the right fit to help you lose the weight without making your health another thing you constantly have to start over

You still have about 100 days left this year

Use them to stop repeating the same year.
