What If You Only Changed ONE Thing?

The fall has a way of feeling like a reset.

Summer has come to an end. Schedules are busy again. Work picks up. Kids are busy with school activities and after school sports. And there's a pressure to get back on track (much like how January feels)

More workouts. Better food. More steps. Earlier bedtimes.

All at once.

But here's the problem: trying to change everything at the same time usually means nothing sticks.

So instead, we want you to try something different this week.

Pick ONE habit.

Choose one small thing that would make you feel a little better by the end of the week.

Maybe it's:

  • Adding a protein source to breakfast every morning

  • Taking a 10-minute walk after dinner

  • Booking your workouts for the week before Monday gets away from you

  • Bringing lunch to work instead of relying on whatever is convenient

  • Getting to bed 30 minutes earlier

  • Drinking a full glass of water before your morning coffee

Nothing extreme.

Nothing that requires you to completely reorganize your life.

Just one action you can repeat consistently for the next seven days.

Because this is something I talk about all the time with my clients is:

Consistency beats intensity when it comes to building habits.

Doing something small seven times will often move you further forward than doing something "perfect" twice and then giving up because life got busy.

Your challenge:

Choose ONE habit.

Do it every day for the next 7 days.

Keep it simple enough that you can still do it on your busiest day.

That last part matters.

A habit that only works when life is calm probably isn't going to last very long.

Mine this week is: Stop the in between snacking!

Now I want to hear yours.

Hit reply and tell me the ONE thing you're committing to for the next seven days. Sometimes simply saying it out loud gives you that little bit of accountability you need.

And if you miss a day?

You haven't ruined anything.

Get back to it the next day.

That's how real progress is built — one rep, one meal, one walk, one workout and one decision at a time. ❤️
