What is this year's word?

I am not sure if you have heard of this idea or not, I just heard about it 2-3 years ago, but have not tried it yet. The idea of having a "word" for the year. A word that inspires you, keeps your needle pointing north and helps drive your decision making process.


I have had past clients and current clients pick a word each year and it never ceases to amaze me how one word can be such a powerful driver in their life - Better relationships, better life satisfaction, a way to stay clear and focused on what they wish to accomplish that year personally, financially, or in their career.


Maybe your word will be CONNECTION - Building and feeling more connection in all aspects

Maybe EVOLUTION if you are ready to get uncomfortable, face fears and create new things in all areas of your life to evolve into the next version of yourself.

Or FUN and bringing more lightness, joy, laughter and fun into the process of change.


I have struggled thinking of a word for 2023, but I feel the word ADVENTURE might be it. After a family trip to France last summer, I want more adventure. Adventure in my business and personal life. I am the type of person who gets very comfortable in routine, and can be a bit crazy about my routines and feel that becoming more adaptive through adventure will help with my continued personal growth.
