Ready for a challenge?

I am super excited to be running some challenges this summer inside my private FB group - LIFT yourself LEAN.


And I am inviting YOU to join us starting June 1st for our 28 day abs challenge!

There is a new ab workout each week that is all bodyweight and will take no more than 10mins to do.


You can do them as a stand along workout anywhere, or post workout. These quick ab workouts are designed to get your abs stronger each week so by week 4 your abs will look and feel stronger and who doesn't want that this summer!
