My gift to You for Being Absent

I have been away from my blog/newsletter for 3 weeks now and so I wanted to give you all a quick end of summer gift that can serve you for life.


What is this gift that CAN keep on giving? It is a my fat loss secret that really isn't a secret because if you have been following me for a while than you already know, but you may not be been consistent enough to reap the benefits.


If you have a history of chasing the next fad diet and crazy workout routines, it’s a sign of a bigger problem.

It means you’re missing these two keys to getting and staying fit:

  1. You haven’t found a simple, sustainable system that works for your lifestyle.

  2. You need support and accountability to see results over the long term.

With these challenges in mind, here is my secret sauce for fat loss.

In this system, the only secrets are simplicity, consistency, and patience. Here’s how it works:

  • Movement: Move daily with my anti-cardio system. Stop spending hours on the treadmill thinking it’s helping you lose fat. The truth is that walking is the most effective cardio for fat loss. You’ll burn extra calories without spiking your appetite. I’ll recommend you start at around 8K steps per day.

  • Meals: Make easy and healthy meals. Use a flexible approach to your food, you can still eat the foods you love. Make sure you get enough protein to satiate your appetite and maintain muscle. while you gradually but consistently lose fat. (this is what I teach in my online coaching programs!)

  • Muscle: Workout for 30-45 mins, 3x per week. Weight training helps you maintain or build muscle as you lose fat, and makes you burn more calories long term.


Looks too easy to work?

Follow this for 90 days if you feel this is to good to be true and not only will you look better, your energy, sleep and mood will all be better making you a better parent, spouse/partner, co-worker and friend.
