Just don't Quit!
Good Tuesday to you my fitness friends.
So, I just wanted to let you know that if you're going through any type of struggle...
Facing some sort of resistance...
Or you're just going through hard time, it's totally OK to be down about it.
Life isn't always about unicorns and rainbows.
Even though most people will try to make it out to be that way, it's OK to want to take breaks and even OK if you feel like quitting at times.
It's natural as a human being to want to give up and quit.
I'd be lying to you if I were say I've never thought about quitting something.
Shoot, there's things I've quit before.
There's times I've thrown in the towel.
Maybe you've tried a handful different "diets' in which NONE of them gave you the long lasting results you were hoping for.
Maybe you've tried a number of different training "programs" and none of them ever worked out.
Whether they were too hard, you got injured, you just fell off track, or you simply just got bored and didn't stick it out, it just wasn't a success.
You can end the struggle.
You can end the stress of trying to figure this out on your own.
You can continue to "wait", "think", and "hope" things are going to change, but that's not going to get you very far.
I get it.
I really do.
You want results.
If you're putting in the effort, I respect you.
Now, with this, I want you to know something that's more important than anything...
It's NEVER OK to QUIT.
It's NOT acceptable.
There's no room for quitting.
You fail 10 times, you had better get up 11.
The potential is there.
You just have to find the right path to walk so you can unleash it.
And when you find that path, you have to stay on it and keep walking.
I want you to know that I'm here to help guide you down that path.
I'm here to keep you on that path.
I'm here to make sure you don't settle for less.
And I'm here to make sure you NEVER QUIT.
Just keep DOING.
Keep putting in the effort.
Keep forging ahead.
Just NEVER quit...
