Why Halloween Can Be Toxic

Lollipops.
Mini chocolate bars.
Chips
They're Halloween staples that even adults seem to consume more of at this time of year.
And don't be surprised to hear that I enjoy some Halloween treats!
But only the good stuff!
I don't waste my calories on Rockets, candy corn, Tootsie Rolls, or gum.
But I'm all over those peanut butter cups and Aero bars.
The most toxic thing about Halloween?
Not enjoying it, if you really want to.
And feeling guilty if you do overindulge.
It's one day.
It doesn't "ruin everything" and force you to start again.
I've found over the years that moderation really is a good thing.
When you include some treats in your plan, it makes it easier to sustain your fat loss plan..
And those Halloween treats make great post workout treats with your protein shake!
