What kind of guilt are you willing to carry this summer?

A few days ago, I had a conversation with a woman who reminded me so much of many of the women I’ve coached.

She was tired.

Tired of hiding in photos.

Tired of changing outfits five times before going out.

Tired of feeling like she’s missing from her own life—emotionally, physically, and mentally.

She told me she felt like she was doing “everything right,” but nothing was changing.

Her workouts were inconsistent.

Her meals were rushed or skipped.

And underneath it all? A quiet but constant guilt.

👉 Guilt for not being present with her family .

👉 Guilt for snapping at her partner out of frustration.

👉 Guilt for letting herself go, when she promised she’d make herself a priority.

Here’s the truth:

That guilt doesn’t go away by ignoring it.

It gets heavier.

I told her something I want to tell you too—because maybe you need to hear it right now:

You’re not selfish for wanting to feel good in your body again.

And that shift? It starts with a decision.

In celebration of it being the first day of summer... I am opening up 5 spots to the Summer Kick Start:

☀️ A 12 week powerful transformation experience designed to help you reset your energy, recommit to your health, and reconnect with your goals before summer slips away.

Doors are open now.

But let’s be clear…

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a program—designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward.

If you're even a little curious, just fill out the no commitment application to start a conversation.

This summer, you don’t need more pressure.

You need a plan.

A space.

A spark.

Let’s make this the summer you finally jump all in—for YOU.

You deserve to feel strong, seen, and fully alive again.
