What if balance looked like this instead?

Everyone talks about “balance” a lot, but I think sometimes people assume that means eating perfectly most of the time and restricting themselves the rest of the time!

That’s not what balance looks like at all.

Balance should look like workouts that make you feel strong, protein-focused meals that keep you energized, convenience foods when life gets busy, dinners out with friends, and a sweet treat after dinner if you want!

It’s not all-or-nothing, It’s not “being good.”, and it’s definitely not starting over every Monday.

One of the biggest reasons my clients have been able to maintain healthy habits long term is because they stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on consistency instead.

Because the truth is, healthy eating should fit into your life… not take it over.

You can care about your goals and still enjoy dessert.

You can prioritize protein and still go out for tacos and margaritas.

You can eat vegetables and also keep your favorite snacks in the house.

Both can exist at the same time 🤍

And honestly, this mindset shift is what I help so many of my clients work through too.

Once you stop viewing food as “all in” or “off track,” everything starts to feel a lot more sustainable.

If you’re tired of the all-or-nothing cycle, I hope this is your reminder that balance is supposed to feel flexible.

Your coach!

P.S. If you’ve been wanting support creating healthy habits that actually feel realistic and sustainable, just reply to this email and ask me how we can work together
