How to get into better shape in 6-8 weeks?
My quick suggestions… not rocket science, just hard truth.
Workout 3-5 times per week alternating between upper and lower body sessions or 3 total body sessions would be great as well.
Record numbers from your workouts to make sure you are beating some of them the next workout- be it reps, weight, calories whatever matters to you…
Be active the other 2 days you don’t “workout” bike-hike-walk-swim-walk your dog –foam roll – just do something for 30-60 minutes.
I would sleep 8 hours….are at least get 6-7 hours of restful sleep….quality is the goal.
Supplement with a multivitamin, fish oil, and creatine.
Track my food daily, make sure I am hitting my daily protein target and record how I feel after each day, so I can see what foods affect me in what way (feel energized or bloated and tired) –My Fitness Pal
Take pictures weekly to compare…or bi-weekly at least
One cheat meal every two weeks…..or every week if you have been on track with your macros the other 6 days.
With this, I am confident that you can drop body fat or most likely add some muscle over the course of just 6-8 weeks – IF YOU FOLLOW IT.
Most people, in the beginning, are overfed and undernourished, so when you change that up, it's pretty amazing to see what can happen to a person in a short time.
OK…that’s the first 6-8 weeks of your journey.
Now if I had 10 weeks or more with that kind of weekly regimen, then the results are even bigger that I promise you.
