Strength and conditioning
Service Description
This 45-minute full-body workout will focus on strength and cardio. The class will challenge every muscle group with a combination of landmine, kettlebell, dumbbell, TRX, barbell, bodyweight and slam ball exercises and maybe hit up the rower for some added fun for a full body workout. PLEASE wear proper athletic shoes (that are clean and dry) and clothing to your class (no jeans or casual street shoes) and don't forget your water bottle and sweat towel. If you are not feeling well, be stay home and rest or join us online! Thank you for helping keep Positive Image Fitness safe!

Cancellation Policy
You must give 10 hours to cancel your scheduled class. If you need to cancel outside that 10 hour window please contact the studio.
