Service Description
Barre class is a low impact workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Think pulsing in a squat to target the glutes and quads, cranking out as many triceps kickbacks as possible with three-pound weights, or moving through a lively plank sequence. This 45 minute low-impact class is for all levels and will give you the perfect mix of barre and sculpt, building both muscular endurance and strength.

You must give 10 hours to cancel your scheduled class. If you need to cancel outside that 10 hour window please contact the studio.
