Have you lost your clarity and focus?

So it’s July which means we’re now half way through the year 2020.

 

How have the past 6 months been for you thus far?

 

Sure, COVID-19 hit.

 

Let’s just acknowledge the elephant in the room right away so we can push it aside.

It is what it is.

 

It’s UNFAIR.

 

It’s UNWANTED but we're ALL dealing with it and we’re all still gonna have to deal with it.

 

It’s been tough and the road hasn’t been an easy one, but have you been able to keep pushing forward?

 

Let me ask you, how has 2020 been so far for YOU???

Amazing?  How so?

 

Not so good?  Why’s that specifically?

 

Do you even know why?

 

What have you accomplished?

 

What have you NOT accomplished?

 

Did you set OUTCOMES at the beginning of the year?  So things that you can actually MEASURE and say YES you got done or NO you didn’t get done?

 

Did you not get your outcomes/goals/intensions done because of...

 

COVID-19…

lack motivation…

being too busy…

 “diet”…

“gyms being closed”…

or did you just not step up and blamed everything around you and not yourself?

 

I’m not here to talk about the blame game rather to bring something important to your attention.

That being…

 

How to get better CLARITY and FOCUS.

 

WHY?

 

So you can start accomplishing your GOALS you want to accomplish.

 

 

Now’s a better time than ever to get focused and clear on WHAT IT IS YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH.

 

We’re half way through 2020.

 

What do you want to accomplish by the end of 2020?

 

We got less than 6 months.

 

We can accomplish some amazing things, but that all starts will YOU getting CLEAR on what it is you want.

 

Than after you get clear on what it is you want, you got to know WHY you want it.

 

But let’s start with the first step.

 

Getting CLEAR on what it is you want.

 

Once we get clear, we can then get FOCUSED on what needs to be done.

 

So, what’s the #1 GOAL you want to achieve within the next 6 months.

 

Make it measurable.

 

Is it to lose 20, 30, 40 or more lbs?

Is it to drop 10, 15, 20% or more body fat?

Is it to accomplish a certain level of performance?

is it to make a certain amount of money?

 

What is it specifically?

 

Let’s start there.
