What your poo can tell you about your health.

Today we are talking poop!  It's not the sexiest of topics but nonetheless a very important one and the authors over at Precision Nutrition put the info into a nice infographic that is easy to understand so I will let them take it over from here.


There's a dirty little secret weapon that can tell you A LOT about your health and wellbeing.In fact, the most dedicated health and fitness experts use it to gauge whether their habits (or their clients' habits) are working.What is it?
