Just some Motivation for you today :)

 

When the chaos comes, the CHAMPIONS will rise.
It is a crazy time, indeed.

 

The coronavirus has shut down businesses world-wide.

 

This "Social distancing" thing, it's REAL and weird.

 

The ripple effect this is going to have on people could be catastrophic.

 

For some, it's already been catastrophic.

 

Some people are now jobless because of the businesses they were employed have been shut down.

 

Some of those businesses are going to close down for good.

 

LIVES ARE GOING TO BE CHANGED.

 

The fear is undoubtedly there.

 

The question is, what are YOU going to do about it?

How are you reacting to all of this?

 

A lot of people are going to do the bare minimum and they're going to let the CHAOS CONTROL THEM.

 

As for me, I'm choosing to use this CHAOS as an opportunity to bring out my true CHARACTER.

 

I'm going to do everything I can to become a CHAMPION while this all goes down.

My family needs me more than ever now.


YOUR family needs YOU more than ever right now.

They need a CHAMPION!

 

A person who's not going to make excuses and crumble under the chaos...

A person who's going to take control of themselves, their emotions, and their actions...

A person who's going to step up and LEAD...

 

Self-discipline is needed more than ever right now.


This CHAOS will expose your true character.

 

Rise up.

 

Be STRONG.

 

Be BRAVE.

 

Be a CHAMPION.

 

If you weren't making your health and fitness a priority beforehand, there's no better time than NOW to make that happen.

 

I firmly believe that the discipline it takes to keep yourself strong, healthy, and fit bleeds into all of the other areas of your life.

 

It helps you maintain the EDGE.

 

When your health and fitness are in check, you'll be able to put your attention towards other things in life.

 

Right now IS NOT a great time to be worrying about how out of shape and run down you are.

If that's the case, let's FIX IT...

 

With in self-isolation or quarantine during this time, you can still keep yourself on track AT HOME.
